CJ Faculty Receive Commendation Letter from 麻豆精品视频PD

Spanning three weeks in Spring 2021, the 麻豆精品视频Police Department offered its inaugural Citizen鈥檚 Criminal Justice Academy (CCJA) to members of the 麻豆精品视频community. The 麻豆精品视频Police Department partnered with Drs. Calli Cain , Vaughn Crichlow , and Cassandra Atkin-Plunk to survey participants and evaluate the CCJA.
鈥淚 cannot adequately put into words the degree of investment, time, thought, commitment, collaboration, communication, and genuine care our Academy Ambassadors put into making this program a success,鈥 wrote Deputy Chief Robin Griffin-Kitzerow, in an official commendation letter written on behalf of the 麻豆精品视频PD and given to the Criminal Justice faculty participants.
The purpose of the CCJA is to provide information regarding how the criminal justice system operates and how decisions are made. Participants learned about technology and law enforcement, safety on- and off-campus, and were able to see demonstrations, meet with 麻豆精品视频PD Officers, and ask questions. The 麻豆精品视频PD plans to offer future CCJA academies, both in-person and virtually.
