How one Researcher Wins in Humanities Again

Adrian Finucane, Ph.D., an associate professor in the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters, recently earned a second award from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). The awards offered from NEH allow faculty across the country the opportunity to continue their research and humanities initiatives.

Finucane鈥檚 $60,000 award is for her ongoing book project titled 鈥淐aptive Exchanges: Prisoners of War and the Trade in Secrets, 1700鈥1760,鈥 which focuses on prisoners of war and their role in imperial competition in 18th century British and Spanish America.
