To generate your FAU-branded email signature, please use the email signature generator below. Once your signature has been generated:
- Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the Signature settings. Here are steps to see those settings on and .
- Click Edit and clear current signature.
- Fill in the fields below to generate your signature.
- Click "Copy to clipboard" to copy your signature.
- Paste your signature into the Outlook signature box.
- Click save, then close signature box.
Note: For the best experience, including the ability to copy your formatted signature, a desktop browser is recommended. Mobile browsers have limitations with copying rich content to email apps.
