To generate your FAU-branded email signature, please use the email signature generator below. Once your signature has been generated:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the Signature settings. Here are steps to see those settings on and .
  2. Click Edit and clear current signature.
  3. Fill in the fields below to generate your signature.
  4. Click "Copy to clipboard" to copy your signature.
  5. Paste your signature into the Outlook signature box.
  6. Click save, then close signature box.

Note: For the best experience, including the ability to copy your formatted signature, a desktop browser is recommended. Mobile browsers have limitations with copying rich content to email apps.
