New Research Boosts Flood Risk Planning with Smarter Mapping Tools

We鈥檙e excited to share our latest publication in , titled 鈥溾 by Anil Mandal, Madan Chhetri, Fred Bloetscher, Yan Yong, and Hongbo Su.

The study introduces a new mapping method that uses Python and ArcGIS Pro to speed up flood risk assessments by over 85%. It can quickly analyze 48 different flood scenarios, helping communities better prepare for floods.
